Synopsis:
Aida is a sitcom, shot in front of a live audience, reflecting the struggles of a middle aged divorced woman to maintain her family in a very modest neighbourhood under an ironic, although realistic, point of view. Aida returns to her small town following her father’s death, and moves back into the house she was raised in to live with her children, joined now by her mother, a very nagging and obnoxious woman, and brother –the black sheep of the family- all of whom she has to maintain. For Aida it is like trip down memory lane returning to the old neighbourhood, seeing the friendly and familiar, and not so familiar, faces of her childhood, life is one big struggle in order to make ends meet.
